Description: San Diego Chapter Lunch Program,  A TALE OF TWO CAMPUSES – HOW UC AND CSU APPROACH DESIGN-BUILD PROCUREMENT TO BUILD HIGH FUNCTIONING AND COLLABORATIVE TEAMS.  The University of California (UC) and California State University (CSU) systems have both embraced design-build for over a billion dollars in construction projects. He will discuss how and why his CSU campus utilizes collaborative design-build to bring innovation to deliver projects.
