Join DBIA-WPR LA/OC Chapter on this conversational panel with 2021 DBIA-WPR award winning team to discuss the three different perspectives of Design-Build in K-12. The perspectives will be that of an Owner, a Designer and a General Contractor to help those in K-12 better understand Design-Build and how to find success.

        • As a K-12 Owner, learn the path to success! Where to start and what is important along the way in the Design-Build process.

        • As a Designer and a Contractor, how do you weigh who you want to work with and find success as a team?

        • Together, how do we all execute the plan and what strategies are best for cost control in today’s world of material availability and escalation?
