Description: DBIA-WPR LA/OC Chapter presentation program via online webinar. ENERGY AS A DIFFERENTIATOR IN DESIGN-BUILD. Join DBIA-WPR LA/OC Chapter for a webinar to learn how energy can be used as a differentiator in Design-Build pursuits. We will explore energy concepts, such as sustainability, lifecycle cost analysis, and energy conservation. Our group of experts from Pankow Builders, Pacifica Services, and Southland Industries will dissect how energy and sustainability planning can be leveraged to demonstrate that Design-Builders are in alignment with clients’ goals. Together they will share their lessons learned from their recent design-build win at LACCD and how a focus on energy efficiency positioned them favorably for the contractor selection.
