As one of the West Coast’s premier general building contractors, Rudolph and Sletten has been setting trends and raising standards for over half a century. Our firm has produced some of the most recognizable and iconic structures in California.
From the invention of Guaranteed Maximum Pricing (GMP) in the 1960’s to our first design-build project for Stanford in 1984, Rudolph and Sletten has been working as a team with designers and owners since its founding. We have completed more than 100 design-build projects and are an advocate for integrated project deliveries in the industry. We are familiar with traditional, collaborative and progressive design-build delivery methods, and have over 35 DBIA Professional or Associate credentialed employees.
Our values of integrity, safety, client focus, technology, service, satisfaction and passion for building have helped construct award-winning work and cement lasting relationships with clients and partners including Department of General Services, Judicial Council of California, Gilead, Sharp Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson, Qualcomm, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pfizer, Kaiser Permanente, and the UC and CSU University systems. Rudolph and Sletten has considerable expertise in virtually every type of project and delivery method, with an emphasis on markets and methods where our technical expertise and quality excel—life sciences, higher education, technology, healthcare, justice all using the design-build delivery method.
