Description: DBIA-WPR Arizona Chapter Joint Appreciation Event with LCI.  

We invite you to join the LCI Community of Practice for a collaborative conversation with DBIA about team formation, project-wide relationships, and the people challenges facing our industry today. Bring your experiences, questions, and ideas as we learn from one another and strengthen connections across our communities.

Program Agenda:

• Introduction of LCI and DBIA and LCI CoP sponsors - learn about upcoming events hosted by each organization.
• Information about LCI and DBIA - what we share and how we can help each other.
• Open discussion:
  • Team dynamics across entire project - challenges and solutions.
  • What is the best way you have found to form your teams that are successful?
  • What is the toughest "people issue" facing your firm and what are ideas for solution?
