Description: DBIA-WPR Bay Area Chapter Luncheon, SUCCESSFUL DESIGN-BUILD INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS AT SAN FRANCISCO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Join DBIA-WPR Bay Chapter for a lunch program. Ryan Kuss, Project Manager from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) will discuss recent and current infrastructure projects at SFO that have been successfully executed in the Progressive Design-Build framework. A key project that was completed recently, the Mel Leong Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades, will be further described by the Design-Build Team leadership: Matt Burdette, Senior Project Manager from Plant Construction, who served as project manager, and Sheba Hafiz, Principal from Arup, who served as lead designer. Byron Thurber, Associate Principal from Arup, will moderate.
