BYLAW CHANGES. Click here for the line by line proposed changes to the Bylaws.

• Bylaws revision reducing the member quorum to better reflect member attendance and facilitate decision-making.
• Integrate the quorum revision and other minor Bylaws revisions approved by the National Board of Directors and enacted by the Regional Board of Directors into a conformed document for ease of use, to be titled the Second Amended and Restated Bylaws.

NAMING CONSISTENCY

• Changing "Chapter" to "Region" in DBIA-WPR's name in the Articles of Incorporation. (Currently reads DBIA Western Pacific Chapter)
