Join DBIA-WPR San Diego for a dynamic luncheon panel discussion how local public agencies are advancing design-build delivery. Representatives from the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, and Port of San Diego will highlight major civic projects delivered through design-build and share how recent legislative approval of progressive design-build is opening new opportunities. With tight budgets, ambitious schedules, and increasing public expectations, these agencies see design-build—and especially progressive design-build—as critical tools to improve outcomes while fostering collaboration and innovation. The panel will provide real-world insights about design-build, the promise they see in progressive delivery, lessons learned from completed projects, and a look ahead at strategies shaping future civic facilities across the region.
