Join DBIA-WPR for a webinar. Fixed Price Design Build delivery is typically understood to not allow Owner input following RFP development. However, Stanislaus Regional Water Authority (SRWA) is delivering their new $200M Regional Water Supply Project via the FPDB model while incorporating significant opportunities for owner input and engagement throughout the project lifecycle. SRWA has created a collaborative environment that leverages the benefit of the delivery model without limiting client input following the RFP development stage. This presentation will highlight specific activities and practices implemented by the team to achieve the goal of collaboration throughout the project.
