Every owner goes through a different set of factors before deciding whether to use alternative delivery for their project. Owners have to quickly evaluate risk, cost and schedule impacts early in the planning phase to see if design-build is the right fit. These presenters will provide insightful information on their project delivery selection process. The owner panel are managing higher education capital programs in Southern California.
