DBIA WPR’s Leadership at All Levels Session 2 focuses on Communication styles and developing skills to enhance team performance in Design-Build delivery. We will engage in an active learning format to learn skills in quickly creating rapport to develop connection. We will discover the importance of communication in a team dynamic and learn how to plan, conduct and participate in an effective meeting thru a clear and intentional structure.
