Description:  Water/Wastewater Committee presents online webinar, PERSPECTIVE FROM OWNER ADVISOR / ATTORNEY ON PROGRESSIVE DESIGN-BUILD. Join DBIA-WPR for a Water/Wastewater online webinar. An owner advisor and attorney offer their perspectives and experience helping owners consider progressive design-build delivery. They will describe working with owners to select the most appropriate delivery model for their organization and project; highlight features and benefits of progressive design-build delivery; describe enabling laws; and offer tips and tricks for procurement (pre-award), Phase 1 design and preconstruction, and Phase 2 construction of a progressive design-build project.
