Learn from pioneers in the industry who have experienced the benefits and challenges of the delivery methodology. Come prepared with an open mind and any questions you might have. The format for each of the three virtual sessions will be moderated panel discussions, opening up to participant questions. Join the conversation and be ready to navigate the progressive wave.
The second session in the series will focus on the Owners’ experience in delivering Progressive Design-Build (PDB) projects. The panel will consist of Owners sharing their journey toward adopting PDB delivery model, as well as their perspectives on the process. They will discuss implementation challenges and how (or if) they might modify their approach in the future.
