Los Angeles Sanitation and Environment and Los Angeles Department of Water and Power are in partnership to deliver the largest advanced drinking water facility in the Los Angeles area, helping to improve water sustainability. Together they selected Jacobs as the Design-Builder and are being supported by Carollo Engineers, Hazen and Sawyer, and Trussell Technologies as advisors.
