Description: DBIA-WPR Sacramento Chapter Young Professionals Event, RICHARDS BOULEVARD OFFICE COMPLEX JOB WALK AND MIXER. Join DBIA-WPR Sacramento Chapter YP’s for a tour and mixer at the Richards Boulevard Office Complex (RBOC)! Hensel Phelps along with ZGF and Dreyfuss+Blackford Architects come together as the Design-Build entity tasked with delivering a 1.25 M GSF office complex for the State of California. The large campus consists of four high performing office towers and a 7-story parking structure. This Design-Build project is designed to achieve zero net energy (ZNE) and zero net carbon (ZNC) for the entire site through State-purchased carbon-free green power. After the tour, join us for a Mixer at Urban Roots – drinks and food included!

RBOC parking information will be provided to registered attendees closer to the event. Please arrive at RBOC by 2:00pm.
