Pan‐Pacific Mechanical

Pan‐Pacific Mechanical is a certified woman owned corporation specializing in large, complex, plumbing and mechanical projects. Over our 67 year history we have been a part of a diversified array of projects. We have completed numerous campus projects for organizations like AMGEN, Allergan, Flour, Disney, Kaiser Permanente, Baxter, the United States Navy and the State of California to name a few. In addition to our university campus work at University of California in Berkeley, Stanford University, University of Southern California and University of California in Los Angeles, we have also completed medical campuses for the City of San Bernardino, Los Angeles County, and Hoag Presbyterian Hospital.

Our strength lies in our preconstruction, constructability, detailing and scheduling capabilities. We utilize the latest technologies including 3‐D modeling, Trimble Total Station, and Lean construction principles. We understand that while the first cost of construction is extremely important, attention must be paid to schedule impacts, life cycle costs and sustainable design (LEED/Green Building). This introduction merely scratches the surface to the level of service and expertise that Pan‐Pacific will provide.
