IPD uses structure to unify disparate team members into a vairtual organization that is committed to achieving agreed goals. How you structure an IPD project has a direct relationship to project outcome. This presentation will discuss key elements in an IPD project, why they exist, and how the project structure can be varied to focus on specific outcomes. Also discussed are how these structrual elements are expressed in actual IPD projects and contracts.
