Description: DBIA-WPR San Diego Chapter Lunch Program, ESG-DRIVEN EXCELLENCE: ENHANCING DESIGN-BUILD PROJECTS WITH SUSTAINABILITY. Join DBIA-WPR San Diego for a thought-provoking luncheon on “ESG-Driven Excellence: Enhancing Design-Build Projects with Sustainability” featuring speakers from City of San Diego, Verdani Partners and CRB. Corporate strategies increasingly recognize the importance of incorporating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into Request for Proposals (RFPs) and project execution. As ESG principles become integral to project financing and stakeholder expectations, design-build project delivery adapts by weaving sustainability, decarbonization, net-zero waste and net-zero energy into the fabric of RFPs and project execution. The result is a collaborative and holistic approach that not only aligns with global sustainability goals but also enhances project outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
