Description: DBIA-WPR Bay Area Chapter Luncheon Program, Join DBIA-WPR Bay Chapter for an in-person lunch program where County Leaders from the Bay Area’s three largest Counties discuss their approaches to Design-Build and their upcoming Capital Improvement Programs. Leaders from the Counties of Alameda, Contra Costa and Santa Clara will discuss their unique approaches to delivering public projects, past and current utilization of Design-Build delivery, and an overview of significant upcoming building programs. All three Counties are champions of alternate project delivery, including Design-Build. They have a unique perspectives on what works and does not work in the context of delivering projects for complex government agencies. Box lunch will be provided.

• Mr. Alan Baxter - Chief Deputy, Operations, Alameda County General Services Agency Due to an unexpected scheduling conflict, Mr. Alan Baxter will no longer be presenting at this luncheon.
