Description: Orange County/LA luncheon in Irvine at Dave and Buster's in the "Showroom." Presentation: "NEW PROJECTS AND NEW DELIVERY TRENDS ON THE HORIZON IN RIVERSIDE COUNTY" by Mr. Charles Waltman, Deputy Director of Design and Construction for Riverside County’s Economic Development Agency.
Mr. Waltman will share valuable insight into the County’s decision making process and their approach to various delivery methods, including design-build and public private partnerships (P3’s). Alternative delivery is an important tool to the success of the County’s building program. With a substantial capital program underway, Charles will share what the future looks like for the County including significant new detention facilities, healthcare facilities and other County support facilities.
