The new 140-bed, five-story Temecula Valley Hospital, near completion of construction on a 37-acre site, is an example of how and a fully integrated team can deliver a design-build project more effectively. The integrated project team will talk about the opportunities, lessons learned and breakthroughs that were developed through collaboration and sharing along their journey of providing the maximum value to UHS and ultimately the Project as a whole. Come hear how and why this hospital is treading towards the monumental achievement of the fastest hospital built and lowest dollar per bed count in California.
