Description: Owner's Council Webinar Series, Session #2 of 9, DESIGN MANAGEMENT IN DESIGN-BUILD. The Series is built from the Design-Build Institute of America’s Design-Build Done Right Best Practices Primer. A highly experienced practitioner will present each of the 9 topics. This will be a 40min presentation of the given subject using the D-B done right as the foundational platform. The “Design Management” presentation will be done by Mr. David Eichten DBIA, and the COO of Pankow Builders. Mr. Eichten has worked extensively in the Design-Build marketplace as well as Integrated Project Delivery. He is also a DBIA-WPR past president and brings tremendous insight for owners to the world of design-build.
