The goal of the DBIA-WPR Owner Education Scholarship Funds is to advance the awareness, understanding and use of design-build among as many owners/government agencies as possible. Therefore, DBIA-WPR cannot award scholarships to multiple individuals from the same agency unless funds are still available after all interested agency applications are reviewed.
The amount awarded is based on the number of applications received and fund availability. Applicants may apply for consideration multiple funds. However, DBIA cannot guarantee that all requests will be awarded.
