AGA: Emery Yards - This eight-story LEED Gold laboratory and office incorporates high-span curtain and window walls, louvers, 12-inch extruded aluminum fins, and a rain screen panel system. Notable features include a dynamic offset section just two feet from the property line, prominent exposed steel beams in the lobby, and a custom frit of subtle rectangles that discourage birds from colliding with the glass.
