Description: LA Breakfast Program presentation, "LACCD $6.2B Bond Program Update and Pathway to the Future."  Speaker: Terri Mestas, AECOM - Program Director, Los Angeles Community College District Build Program.  The LACCD is continuing their major capital improvement program at their nine campuses in Los Angeles County. The District contracted a new Program Manager in 2013 to schedule, budget and determine which projects will be delivered using design-build for the $6.2Bil program. The Program Manager will provide an update on:
• What are the goals of the PMO?
• What is the future of the program?
• How will future projects be delivered?
