Description: DBIA-WPR Webinar, ADVANCING LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE - Session 1 of 3: Leverage your Strengths in Design-Build Delivery.  DBIA-WPR’s Advancing Leadership Initiative is launching its second year of sessions centered on Leading at All Levels. Session 1 will emphasize identifying individual strengths and will build upon last year’s foundational Strengths Finders workshop. This program offers value both to returning participants and to new attendees by enabling them to recognize and apply their unique strengths within design-build delivery teams, owners, and stakeholders. Participants will engage in teaming activities and gain insight into how diverse strengths contribute to forming effective design-build teams and achieving successful project outcomes.
