Putting together an RFQ/RFP can be a daunting task for a design-build team. The selected contractor/architect must organize and develop a team in a short period of time. Not only must they respond to the RFP but they must separate themselves from the competition to have a chance at winning the award. How can your team gain an advantage over other teams? How do you become a functioning and successful team? How do you make your RFP unique? How do you make the process an exciting adventure, instead of a problem to solve? This session will provide attendees the insight, tools and concepts for team leaders and members who want to gain an advantage in the competitive atmosphere of design-build procurements.
